Lead fullstack developer
India – Chennai
As a Full stack lead, you will take on a pivotal role in our organization, guiding and mentoring a team of talented developers while setting a compelling vision for our projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, both onsite and with clients, to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. Your strong leadership skills will empower the team to excel, while your technical expertise in full stack development will drive the creation of innovative and impactful solutions that exceed client expectations.
Required skills
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Python, Node.js) and JavaScript
frameworks (React.js)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture
- Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Should have experience in multiple payment system integration like Stripe, Paypal,
RevenueCat
- Should have strong knowledge in Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab
- Strong Knowledge in databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g Apache) and UI/UX
design
- Familiarity with Disaster recovery and Business continuity process
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
- Excellent Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and
JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Should have knowledge in social media integration like Apple, Google+, Facebook, Twitter
accounts into applications.
Responsibilities
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentation.
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
- Constantly motivate and encourage team to give their best, especially during the time
when they are pressurized with high targets.
- Ensure Best coding practices are followed by the team to ensure high standards in
security, Data protection, Performance
- Ensure timely delivery of task planned across their team members.
- Mentor team members on both technical and process front
